A pedestrian was hit by an RTD light rail train while attempting to cross the tracks without using a crosswalk. The accident occurred just before 4 p.m. at the intersection of Speer Boulevard and Stout Street. Denver Police were forced to shut down Speer in both directions for nearly two hours.
A 1998 Toyota 4Runner sped into a church parking lot then plowed into a parked food truck, a pedestrian, and the entryway to the church. Boulder Police quickly arrived to the scene and arrested the woman on suspicion of DUI, DUI Per Se, and vehicular assault.
