Workers
When injured at work, it is crucial to get quality care. Good WC attorneys do their best to get their clients to physicians in the WC system that can both provide quality care and lend assistance with medical legal issues. Often, after being given either verbal or written notice from an injured worker that they have hurt themselves at work, whether or not the employer feels as though this is true, if an employer or its carrier fails to provide a choice of at least two physicians within 7 days, good attorneys will make their own selection as to where the injured worker should treat. This not only can save the injured worker money in legal costs, but maximize their quality care.
